How to Buy

Ordering services using the web-shop function

You can purchase the various packages of the DocuBank document cloud quickly and easily in our online store. Select the package which meets your requirements, then put it in your shopping basket by clicking the BUY NOW! button.

Alongside the purchased amount, enter the number of months you would like to subscribe to the service for. The minimum subscription period for our services is 6 months.

The service period may be extended at any time during the subscription!

If you choose the Professional package, you have the option of purchasing additional user and document licences, besides those included in the package. With an increase in the number of users or documents, the service package fee also rises, but you can track this continuously by clicking on your basket.

You can take the option to change or upgrade your package at any time during the subscription period!

After assembling the appropriate service package, you can finalise your order by selecting the Checkout function.

Payment with PayPal

PayPal is the supported means of payment in our web-shop. We ask those customers who would like to make their payment for our services by bank transfer to get in touch with us directly. In this case the order and payment are transacted manually. In case of transfer, the user account is also set up for our customers immediately, so you need not to wait for the payment to be cleared before starting to use the service.

Purchase of TOTP tokens

TOTP tokens guarantee the highest level of security when logging into the service, so the use of these is strongly recommended to our clients.

If you would like to order a hardware token for your service, you have the opportunity to do this with our Professional package. In a similar way to the purchasing the service, you put the tokens into your basket. The tokens are delivered by post to a delivery address which you provide.

You can also purchase TOTP tokens after starting to use the service. If you need additional tokens, please log in to your customer’s account and buy them under My DocuBank Account(s).

Extension of service period

Prior to the expiry of the service period, we remind our subscribers several times by e-mail of the expiry date of their service. Besides this, on logging into your account, you can track the state of your service on the Dashboard screen.

In order to extend your service period, log into your customer’s account on the docubank.ch site, then under My DocuBank Accounts, select the account you wish to renew. By clicking on the Extend icon , the earlier service package is automatically sent to your basket. All you have to do is enter the length of the subscription period. From here on, the purchasing process is the same as when purchasing a new account.

You will be notified by e-mail that the service period has been successfully extended.

Changing the service package – Upgrade

You can change from your Starter or Basic package to a higher level service package at any time. To change the package, log into your customer’s account on the docubank.ch site, then under My DocuBank Accounts, click on the Upgrade icon . Select the package you would like to upgrade to. The selected package is automatically sent to your basket.

When determining the service package fee, we take into account the service fee you have already paid!

Expansion of service package – Increasing number of users and documents

You can increase the number of users or documents included in your Professional package at any time during your subscription. To change the package, log in to your customer’s account on the docubank.ch site, then under My DocuBank Accounts, click on the Expand your package icon. Enter the number of users and/or documents you wish to purchase. The selected package with the higher number of users and/or documents is automatically sent to your basket.

When determining the service package fee, we take into account the service fee you have already paid!

Suspension of service

The service you have subscribed to may be suspended in the two following cases:

Prior to suspension of the service, we contact the account owner several times in writing, informing him/her of the time of suspension in advance.

Following suspension of the service, the data from your account are completely destroyed!

Cancellation of service

If you change your mind after ordering our service, you can cancel it anytime free of charge. Please notify us of your request to cancel the service in e-mail form to the following address: sales@docubank.ch. In your e-mail, please include the name of your account, the e-mail address you used when making the purchase.

Following cancelation of the service, the data from your account are completely destroyed!

Loss of admin user password

The first time you log in, please be sure to change the password associated with your admin user, which you received when you purchased your DocuBank subscription, then store the given password in a secure place.

We suggest that, if possible, you provide another user with administrator access besides the basic admin user, so that if necessary you can login in with that user and give your admin user a new password.

If you have lost your password, and have no way of logging into your account, please contact us by e-mail at the following address: helpdesk@docubank.ch 

Please take note that we can only initialise and send you the admin password for your account once again if you verify that the account belongs to you or your company in the following ways:

we can only accept your request to restore the admin password from the e-mail account which you used when making the purchase

we can only initiate restoration of the admin password if you corroborate the data given when making the purchase using the following documents

Intensified control ensures the security of your data! It is of first priority that unauthorised persons cannot access your data.
